Institute Excellence Center: what does it mean?
The Institute Excellence Centre programme is run jointly by VINNOVA, The Knowledge Foundation (KK-stiftelsen) and for the first three-year period also the Swedish Foundation for Strategic Research (SSF). It was initiated in April 2005, with the first call for grants.
